Diane Sobin is a director and senior equity portfolio manager on the value strategies team at Columbia Management. Ms. Sobin serves as co-portfolio manager of the large- and mid-cap value mutual funds and institutional portfolios. Ms. Sobin joined Banc of America Capital Management, LLC, a predecessor firm, in 2001, and has been a member of the investment community since 1983.
Prior to joining Columbia Management, Ms. Sobin was a portfolio manager for assets managed under the U.S. large-cap value style at Zurich Scudder Investments. Previously, she was a managing director and senior portfolio manager at Chase Asset Management. Ms. Sobin also served as a senior portfolio manager at Oppenheimer Funds. Her earlier experience includes tenure with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and TIAA-CREF.
Ms. Sobin earned a B.A. in business administration with a concentration in finance from Pace University. In addition, she holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. |
